Now until 27June 2009, and from 29 August 2009	Holiday villa rental: £875 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Additional days at £125 per day.
27 June 2009 to 15th August 2009	Holiday villa rental:£1050 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Additional days at £150 per day.
15th to 29th August 2009	Holiday villa rental:£1400 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Additional days at £200 per day.

Payment terms	A deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required to reserve the villa. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to the date of arrival. As deposits are not normally refundable, guests are recommended to take out holiday insurance.
